Privacy Policy
Milens is built on a simple principle: your photos are yours. Your progress photos, measurements, and notes never leave your device. We do not store them on any server — because we don't have one for your personal data.
1. What stays on your device
All photos, body measurements, notes, and personal data you enter into Milens are stored locally on your iPhone. This data is never uploaded to our servers, never shared with third parties, and is not accessible to us under any circumstances. You are fully in control of it.
If you delete the app or lose your device, this data is gone. We cannot recover it for you.
2. What we do collect
While your personal content stays private, we do collect limited non-personal data to understand how the app is used and to improve it:
Usage analytics (PostHog): We use PostHog to collect anonymized behavioral data — for example, which screens are visited, how features are used, and general session information. This data does not include your photos, measurements, or any personal content. It may include your device type, operating system version, and IP address. We use this information solely to improve the app experience.
Crash reports (Apple): We may receive anonymized crash reports through Apple's App Store Connect. These contain no personal data and no content from your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
When you make a purchase, Apple handles the transaction. We use RevenueCat to manage and verify subscription status. RevenueCat may process anonymized purchase data (such as a device identifier and purchase receipt) to confirm your entitlement. No payment details are shared with us. 4. Push notifications
If you enable reminders, Milens schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are not routed through our servers. You can disable them at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Milens.
5. Future features
We may introduce optional features in future versions of Milens — such as iCloud backup. Any such feature will be explicitly opt-in, and this privacy policy will be updated before it is released.
6. Third-party services
Milens uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

7. Children's privacy
Milens is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has used the app and you have concerns, please contact us.
8. Users in the European Union
If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data we hold about you. The limited analytics data we collect through PostHog is processed based on our legitimate interest in improving the app. You may contact us at any time to exercise your rights.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify users. Continued use of Milens after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
