By downloading or using Milens, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Using Milens
Milens is a personal body-progress tracking app for iOS. You may use it for your own lawful, personal purposes. You must be at least 13 years old to use Milens. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
2. Your content
Photos, notes, and measurements you add to Milens are stored entirely on your device. You own your content. We claim no rights over it. Because everything is stored locally, you are responsible for backing it up. If you delete the app or lose your device without a backup, your data cannot be recovered.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Milens offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions (monthly and annual). Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
We do not offer refunds beyond what Apple provides under their standard App Store refund policy.
4. Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, it begins at the time of purchase confirmation. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Milens in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive. The app is intended for personal health and fitness tracking only. You may not use it to store, share, or process content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Milens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the app will meet your specific requirements. Use at your own discretion.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Milens and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or device-related issues.
8. Changes to the app or terms
We may update Milens or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when we make changes.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are located in the European Union, you may also have rights under applicable local consumer protection law, which these terms do not limit.
